European Social Stack

Together we are stronger: In collaboration with the Newsmast Foundation, Save Social has launched an initiative to establish and develop the ‘European Social Stack’ as a decentralised digital infrastructure based on open protocols in Europe. The aim is to facilitate joint projects, lobbying and fundraising for the Open Social Web in Europe through better coordination.

All relevant stakeholders have come together behind a joint declaration: in addition to more than 100 organisations such as the Matrix.org Foundation, Mastodon and Eurosky, there are also well over 600 individuals. The full declaration is available at european.social.
